The bathroom was excellent with a large shower and the hair dryer worked well. The internet connection was very good, which was useful for us during our romantic escape.
The male receptionist had limited English, which made communication difficult. The beds were hard and lumpy, making it a challenge to sleep well, and the shower gel/shampoo did not wash hair well.

The Haunstetter Hof Haus in Augsburg is truly exceptional. The owner's dedication to perfection is evident in every aspect of the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The spacious bathrooms with luxurious showers add to the overall comfort. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The reliable internet connection is a great convenience.

The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with ultra-clean bathrooms. the staff members are engaging and the internet connection is excellent. the hotel building is beautiful, while some rooms have lovely views. the bathroom offers a very spacious shower and a hairdryer that works well.
Although some guests describe the hotel as a peaceful oasis, some have experienced challenges with communication when it comes to check-in and troubleshooting room keys.

The rooms were impeccably clean and had a spacious feel to them. the shower was lovely and spacious too, with a hair dryer that worked well. the internet was very good, which made it easy to stay connected. the staff was friendly and a joy to engage with.
There was no mention that check-in was in a different building, which caused some confusion and inconvenience. We also found the beds to be hard and lumpy, leaving us with poor sleep quality.
